We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item was purchased directly from BodyWellnessNG.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be in resellable condition, free from damage, stains, or wear.
Note: For hygiene reasons, posture correctors that have been worn or tried on may not be eligible for return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Opened items that fall under personal care or intimate wear.
To initiate a return, please:
Email admin@bodywellnessng.com or WhatsApp us at +234 915 643 1827 with:
Your full name and order number on your invoice.
A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Wait for our team to approve your return and share the return address.
Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
For orders paid on delivery, we will refund via bank transfer.
We accept size exchanges for posture correctors if the item is unworn and in perfect condition.
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the new item.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
